Yo happy Sunday,

"doing more of it" is exactly what you need to be doing.

Get your mind out of the gutter it's the Lord's day for heavens sake.

I'm talking about your business not your bedroom.

The lesson that keeps itslef into my life is that I need to do more of what works and less of what doesn't.

This goes for business, fitness, dating whatever you the thing is!

I recently got hit in the face by something from a Hormozi video.

He was talking about people's limiting beliefs creating false ceilings in their business which makes them stop doing what works.

He used the specific example of paid ads - people get to a certain level of spend and then they think they have "capped" out for no reason other than thats what they "feel".

This was me.

So I literally opened ads manager in a macdonalds parking lot (i never said I was perfect) and doubled the ad spend on my biggest facebook campaign.

And guess what - two day later it is still holding at a reasonable CAC and has resulted in some of the highest revenue "regular" days I've ever had.

I literally had to push a few buttons.

*side note here but it reminds me of a story from Moize Ali from Native Deodorant who talked about one day just changing is budget from 800 a day to 8000 a day to see what would happen and it basically worked - he sold soon after for 100 million - but its the same sort of lesson/situation)

Point is spend more on ads.

But thats not the only point here, you can apply this to you business even if you are not running ads.

This is about doing more of what works already instead of trying to go find something else... or something new.

The same thing happened when I started freelacning.

As soon as I doubled down on outreach messages I started landing clients. Funny how that works.

I don't know what is working for you right now, but even if it's small I guarantee it is something and I guarantee you can do more of it.
